MOMO JOVOVICH, CEO

Entrepreneur and producer Momo Jovovich has over 3 decades of leadership experience in business development, marketing, entertainment, entrepreneurial start-ups and executive leadership in various industries. His multi-lingual communication skills and international experience have served to put him ahead of the pack. His unique, outside-the-box visionary thinking helps Momo find the right approach and solution to any challenge, and he is well-known for his ability to respectfully get the deal negotiated and executed, always taking into consideration how best to make it a win-win enterprise for everyone involved.

Always on the lookout for innovation, Momo brings start-up and established industries together with new and advanced marketing strategies that take full advantage of the leaps in technology that emerge on an almost daily basis. The business relationships Momo has built over the years run the gamut both domestically and internationally, and include several major film and music studios, leading medical, genetics and biostem companies, advanced green technology and international research firms. Whatever the challenge may be, Momo always has an instant answer.

MIKAL BLUE, President

Mikal Blue is an Grammy-winning, multi-platinum selling, English music producer, songwriter, engineer, mixer and instrumentalist best known for his work developing acts such as OneRepublic, Colbie Caillat, Jason Mraz and Five For Fighting. As an artist his band Opium was signed to A&M Records in the 90s. He is currently signed to SonyATV as a songwriter. As a producer Mikal Blue has worked with countless artists including Colbie Caillat, OneRepublic, Jason Mraz, James Blunt, Toad The Wet Sprocket, Glen Phillips, Hope, Toni Braxton, Augustana, Alex G, Angel Taylor, Jason Reeves, Brendan James, The Daylights, Kevin Hammond, Nikki Sixx, Don Felder, and Keaton Simons.

Nate Lennox, President of Music Production

Nate Lennox is a singer, songwriter, producer, studio engineer, mixer and multi-instrumentalist from Oxford, UK. He was the front man, principal songwriter and producer for British alternative indie band ‘A Silent Film’. Having toured for many years, headlining venues and festivals in Europe, North and Central America, the band also had singles playlisted with KROQ and Alt Nation SIRUS XM, coming 4th in the Alt Nation’s end of year ‘Alt-18’ and 1st for Alt Nation’s ‘In-Studio performance of The Year’ 2010.

Between touring and studio commitments with the band, Nate continued to write and produced music with artists from London and his hometown Oxford. In 2013 one such band ‘Fixers’ signed a major record and publishing deal with Mercury, Universal. Unable to get satisfactory results in the studio without him the band hired Nate to produce their debut album ‘We’ll Be The Moon’, securing his first major label release as a producer.  As of 2017 A Silent Film went on permanent hiatus, and Nate relocated to Los Angeles to work with Mikal Blue at Revolver Recordings, where he writes, produces and mixes with developing artists.

KEN CAILLAT, Co-President Music Production and Education

Caillat was the president of 5.1 Entertainment Group Digital Production Services, which has worked on albums for Billy Idol, Frank Sinatra, Pat Benatar, Wilson Phillips, the Beach Boys, Herbie Hancock, David Becker and Alice Cooper as well as Christine McVie on her solo album In the Meantime, in addition to Fleetwood Mac, remastering several of their albums in 5.1 surround sound. He won a Grammy Award for Album of the Year for Rumours.

In addition to production, he has been a director, studio engineer, author and musician. In 2012 he released his memoir on his experiences engineering the 1977 Rumours album, called Making Rumours. In 2013 Caillat co founded Sleeping Giant Music Group, LLC (a Sleeping Giant Media company) with Grammy nominated writer/producer Michael Hodges and writer/producer Kayla Morrison. In 2014, Sleeping Giant partnered with Alcon Entertainment to form ASG Music Group, Llc.

RICHARD RUDOLPH, Co-President of Music Production and Education

Richard Rudolph started in the music business as a songwriter at Chicago’s legendary Chess Recors in 1969. There he began a multi-song collaboration with Charles Stepney, the renowned producer of Earth, Wind and Fire fame. Rudolph’s career as a record producer began when he and Stevie Wonder joined forces to produce Minnie Riperton’s million-selling album, Perfect Angel. Included in this album was the song, “Lovin’ You” written by Richard Rudolph and Minnie Riperton, which went on to become a #1 song around the world and has turned out to be one of the most performed songs of all time. Richard also has many music supervision credits for a host of feature films. He has overseen films for cable, mini series and movies made for television. Rudolph has also served as the exclusive music consultant to HBO Pictures, and was President of the Atlantic Records distributed label Third Stone Records, a company he co-founded with partner (actor/producer) Michael Douglas. Rudolph’s various musical endeavors as a writer, producer, music supervisor and label executive have contributed to worldwide sales in excess of 30 million albums and countless song placements in film, television and commercials.

MAEJOR ALI, EVP of Music Production

Our well-accomplished, multi-talented executive vice-president of music production, Maejor Ali, with his new approach to international audiences, is already developing his first solo album, inclusive of multiple future hits that will have an instant appeal to a world-wide audience. His international involvement with different artists will constantly attract more major international talent to Success Entertainment to produce their singles and albums at our facility, and also to avail themselves of our other services. This will guarantee more exposure for Success Entertainment, Inc. and highlight its capabilities, and become THE place to go to record. Maejor received his first gold plaque in 2005 while still attending university. He was nominated for a Grammy Awards 2010 and 2011. He also produced the national campaign commercial for Pepsi in 2010 and 2013. He continues to produce and write for the top artists in the industry, including 3 songs and Grammy nominations on Justin Bieber’s worldwide #1 album Purpose. Currently he is working with Justin to co-produce his fourth album. In 2017 Maejor won the MTV award for best song of the year in Brazil, “Vai Malandra” with Brazilian singer Anitta, setting several new market records.

DOUG IVANOVICH, President of LIVE events & concerts

Our concerts and live events department is headed by Doug Ivanovich, a musician and producer who is a 30+-year veteran of the music industry. His professional career spans four decades in entertainment, production, broadcasting, marketing, PR and business development. He is the Chairman of the World Peace One group of companies and Executive Producer of Storm Aid, and a series of upcoming global concerts and broadcasts, which we are very privileged to support and participate in, not only with our talent, but also with our production sponsorship and network.

Doug was co-founder of World TV Productions, a joint venture with Dick Clark Productions, and a principal of SkyLink, a video / audio distribution service whose clients included Universal, Disney, Columbia, Paramount, Warner, Sony, MGM, plus 6,000 TV Stations and virtually every TV network on Earth. A pioneer of Humanitarian Broadcasting, his projects included Live Aid, Farm Aid I & II, the UN Earth Summit, the World Environment Day broadcast, and numerous Comic Relief Specials, Jerry Lewis Telethons, United Negro College Fund Telethons, and more. Doug has worked in concert production with Bill Graham Productions, Tom Moffatt Productions of Hawaii, Colorado’s Barry Fey of Feyline Productions, and others. Doug is also an active Executive Producer on a variety of music recording projects and artists’ musical careers. He is a long-time activist and strategist for the causes of Peace, Ecology, Human Rights and Citizen Diplomacy.

BILLY RASSEL, EVP of Talent Scouting

As the head of our talent scouting department, Billy Rassel brings over 20 years of experience to the table, as a film, TV and music producer, working as a DJ and engineer, and an astute use of social media. His past and current participation with Johnny Depp, Christopher Walker, and Disney just to name a few, makes him uniquely and expertly suited to manage, curate and execute the creative vision of individual artists as well as large projects alike. He is a hands-on executive with a talent for discovering new faces and talents, and their development and management.

MARINA MASOWIETSKY, EVP of Talent Management

Marina is a true veteran of the business with over 28 years of experience, who specializes in managing models and transitioning them into the entertainment business through modeling agencies she herself built from the ground up. Her models have been placed in most of the world’s top agencies including, IMG NY and Paris, NEXT Paris, London, NY and LA, ELITE worldwide and ELITE MODEL LOOK, Beatrice, Riccardo Gay, Fashion, Why Not – Milano, Premier, Storm, Models One – London, as well as agencies in Asia, Australia and the rest of the Europe. After 25 years of scouting models globally, and placing them into these top agencies, Marina’s current focus is on scouting and identifying, preparing and transitioning top model talent from print media into Television and Film. Her main goal is to find the right projects so they can grow in the entertainment industry. Marina has developed great relations over the years in the movie, TV and music industry with directors, producers, writer, merchandisers, and is even an accomplished script writer in her own right. She is well-surrounded with her domestic and international business network.

VADIM BALAKIN, EVP of IT Department

Our IT department director Vadim Balakin is well-versed in the use of the latest technologies and programming, developing websites and the effective use of social media. He has over 20 years of experience in entertainment, government and medical program development and supervision of operations. With his market and administration experience we are confident in developing our in-house platform that will consist of all of our departments, talents, sub-contractors, sales, merchandising, and audience engagement, a system that will be alive 24/7. This will assure our best performance and maximize the reach of our marketing department and its cross-marketing strategies on multiple levels.
